This pen marker is utilized in HSK tool holder - HSK25 ER16Mini.
The benefits of using a pen marking tool include the ability to:
Trace outlines on material, mark material with part numbers, show bend lines and even artwork.
-Trace clamp locations to prevent collisions
-Trace and verify tiling of large parts with multiple setups
-Trace work to transfer to other machines (drill press, band saw, etc.)
The pen marking tool provides spring loaded travel and compensates for any small surface height variations so tip will not get flattened.
This enables consistent, high quality results. Also allows variable writing pressures for different materials.
-Not gravity-dependent.
Pen marking tool feature include

- Graphite embedded Bronze/Delrin sliders.
- Stainless Steel compressions spring
- Spring loaded variable pressure from 0.3 to 1.5 lbs.
- 1/2" stroke, or 1/4" if using high initial preload setup
