The KH6 Holder is utilized for Kiss Cut applications. This holder is designed to accommodate the 6MM Kiss Cut "vinyl knife" adapter and this holder will also accommodate 6MM round shank blades; used in oscillating applications. The holder also comes with the spring loaded material hold down.
When Kiss Cutting, perfect accuracy in the cutting depth is essential. the variable pressure of this Kiss Cut Holder/Blade, permits precise cutting of foils, without damaging the liner material. The kiss cut adapter can easily be set up to be a dual cutter of top liner; then using a different Z depth; will also do cut-out shapes of both liner and backer material.
The Vinyl Knife adapter kit, is included with the purchase of the KH6 Holder. The adapter kit includes three blades. These vinyl knife blades are all 3MM shank diameter blades, and each of these blades fits into the adapter insert.
The KH6 Holder can also accommodate 6MM round shank blades, that come in a wide variety of lengths , profiles and dimensions. These oscillating blades cut materials of all types and are specific to material types.
