3/16" CED x 5/8" CEL x 1/4" Shnk x 2" OAL Solid Carbide Spiral O Flute Downcut. Downcut bits offer improved part holding. Excellent for routing soft plastics, like HDPE, UMHW, Polycarbonates, Polystyrene, Extruded Acrylic, Gatorfoam, Coroplast, PVC, Trespa, Signfoam, Foamex, ACM, Dibond, HPL, and even some softer woods.
Feed rate 18,000 RPM and 110" to 145" per minute.
Maximum depth of cut per pass should not exceed 1 times tool diameter.
